In such a case, you acknowledge that we - Accudyno - consider the use of our service as acknowledgment of the terms of use. How to Buy an Accudyno Product

The duration of the sale of a product is temporarily limited, established individually for each product by Accudyno, and its availability in physical stock in our warehouse. After the duration period has elapsed, the purchase is no longer possible. The sale of the product does not occur until Accudyno has successfully recorded the payment. In case of failure with the first payment attempt (e.g., due to a non-existent account or insufficient balance, incorrect credit card number, or credit card limit exceeded), the sale of the product will also not take place. Internet sales are only made with invoice type “C” or “E.” Accudyno reserves the right to modify the scope and functions of its website at any time, to limit or cancel them. While we strive to offer our service without technical disruptions, in particular, maintenance work, ongoing development, or other disruptions may limit and/or partially interrupt the possibilities of use. Under certain circumstances, data losses may occur here. Accudyno does not provide any guarantee of service availability or absence of technical disruptions or data losses.

Intellectual Property

Accudyno reserves all intellectual property rights and other rights over the service as well as over the published content, information, images, videos, and databases (hereinafter referred to as “protected property”). Therefore, any modification, reproduction, publication, transmission to third parties, and/or other use or exploitation of the protected property is expressly prohibited without the prior written consent of Accudyno. No action or use of a device, software, or other means aimed at interfering both in the activities and operations of Accudyno and in the offers, descriptions, accounts, or databases of Accudyno is allowed. Any intrusion, attempt, or activity that violates or contravenes laws on intellectual property rights and/or the prohibitions stipulated in this agreement will result in the responsible party being subject to relevant legal actions and penalties provided for in this agreement, as well as being liable for compensating the damages caused.

If specific provisions of these General Conditions of Contracting or the contract concluded with the contracting party are ineffective in whole or in part, this will not affect the effectiveness of the rest of the contract. This agreement will be governed in all respects by the laws in force in the Argentine Republic, which can be consulted on the following site: www.mecon.gov.ar. Any dispute arising from this agreement, its existence, validity, interpretation, scope, or compliance will be submitted to the ordinary courts of Bahia Blanca Prov. Of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Privacy Policy and Personal Data Protection

All information and personal data entered by the User is considered to be a sworn statement. Accudyno is not responsible for the accuracy of the personal data provided by Users.

Data subjects have the right to exercise access to their data free of charge, duly accrediting their identity for this purpose, at intervals not less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is demonstrated in accordance with Article 14, paragraph 3 of Law No. 25,326. Likewise, when applicable, data subjects may exercise the rights of rectification and deletion of their data.

In the event that applicable legislation allows or requires the deletion of data, the data will be kept for a limited period of time, and once that period has elapsed, personal information will be definitively deleted. For the exercise of the rights provided for in the previous paragraph, the data subject must submit a request to Accudyno, either in person or remotely, through any of the following means: electronic messaging, registered letter, or written submission with certified signature before a Bank or Notary and/or postal or telegraphic means.

The request must include: a) Your full name; b) Original or authenticated copy of your ID or legally equivalent valid document proving your identity; c) Address; d) Postal Code; e) Phone number; f) Email; g) Specification of the type of right being exercised: right of access, deletion, rectification, updating, or confidentiality; h) Means through which you wish to obtain the information, which may be provided in writing, electronically, by phone, image, or other suitable means, in accordance with Article 15, paragraph 3 of Law No. 25,326; i) Your handwritten signature at the end of the request. In the case of requests submitted via electronic messaging, you may use your digital signature, if available.

The AGENCY OF ACCESS TO PUBLIC INFORMATION, as the Control Body of Law No. 25,326, is authorized to address complaints and claims filed by individuals who are affected in their rights due to non-compliance with the current regulations on personal data protection.

Accudyno instructs its staff to identify possible data inconsistencies or errors, in which case they may be corrected at the time or reported to qualified personnel with the necessary authorization and capacity to correct them.

In the event of a data breach, understood as any intentional or accidental incident of unauthorized access, destruction, disclosure, or alteration of personal data, Accudyno will take the necessary measures to resolve the incident or mitigate its effects. Nevertheless, Accudyno continuously adopts preventive measures to safeguard the data it manages.

Accudyno will notify the relevant supervisory authority of any non-compliance or violation that may be detected or identified, relating to fraud, abuse, or related offenses, to protect the security of Users, and may use their personal information for such purposes.

Purchase Conditions

The purchase can only be made through the payment gateways available on the Accudyno website. We do not have retail stores for public sales. The payment gateways and platforms will be chosen by the User, and the terms of use, terms and conditions, and data processing will be the responsibility of each payment gateway or platform. Accudyno does not interfere in the contracting conditions, use, terms and conditions, or data processing of the payment methods.
