Shipping within Argentina:

  • We use Correo Argentino for shipments within Argentina.
  • Provide your shipping address clearly and specifically.
  • Free shipping by Correo Argentino for products marked as “FREE SHIPPING.”
  • Additional shipping options available when making an online purchase.

International Shipping:

  • We use international courier and package services from DHL S.L. for shipments to the rest of the world.
  • You must provide the shipping address and handle customs clearance.

Shipping Cost in Argentina:

  • Free shipping by Correo Argentino for products with “FREE SHIPPING.”
  • Option for CREDIFIN shipping with payment upon delivery available in certain locations.
  • Possibility to arrange other payment-upon-delivery shipping methods.

Delivery Time:

  • In Argentina: 3 to 10 days from the notification of the tracking number.
  • Rest of the world: 7 to 15 days from the notification of the tracking number.

Deliveries:

  • Rest of the world: DHL.

Absence During Delivery:

  • If you’re not at home, you can pick up the order at the indicated branch within 5 business days.
  • If not picked up, the order will return to the dispatch branch.

Tracking Your Order:

  • You’ll receive an email with the tracking number to trace your order.

Returns and Exchanges:

  • Send an email to [email protected] to coordinate exchanges or returns within 30 days of receipt.
  • Deliver the item to the nearest Correo Argentino branch.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability and product condition.
  • The first exchange or return is free.

Rules and Restrictions:

  • Shipments are made on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays in Argentina.
  • Provide a valid and locatable address within Argentina.
  • If the address is not locatable, any additional costs will be covered by the customer.
  • Inspect the package upon receipt and promptly report any issues.

  • If the package shows signs of tampering or damage upon receipt, reject it and notify us.
  • If you suspect that the package doesn’t contain the purchased items due to weight or size, do not accept it and report immediately.
  • You have 24 hours to report physical damage or missing items after receiving the package.
  • Delivery times may be affected by transportation restrictions.
